Few things about the preparation of resume:

1) Bond paper or Rag content paper must be prefered to prepare resume. 

2) Don't even mention expected Salary in the resume

3) Try to avoid mentioning religion, sentiments and relations.

4) The hobbies which you mention in the resume should be belonged to physical and another one mental.

5) Don't ever write about weaknesses.

Interviewer : How can you say that you are sincere? Why should I believe you that you are sincere?

Candidate: This is a compliment, which I got so many times from my parents and teachers since my childhood.

Interviewer: How can you say that you are hard worker?

Candidate: Sir, while I was studying my degree, I have done part time job.

Interviewer: How can you say that you are commited?

Candidate: I don't discontinue any course in between while I learn so many things like c, C++, Java.

Interviewer: How you say that you are punctual?

Candidate: I never went late while I was studying.

I analize the problem and then paralises.

I can work alone, if required  and I can also work in a group at the same ease.

Interviewer : How can I believe that you are a self motivator?

Candidate: So far what are the things I done, it is full of my effort only. I don't expect anybody to tell me.

Interviewer: How do you get motivate, who motivates you?

Candidate : Some times I get motivated when I read books. When I meet successful people. But most of the times, my career objectives will motivate me.

Interviewer: What is your career objective?

Candidate: My immediate career object is getting this job.

Interviewer: where would you like to see in this company after 5 years?

Candidate: I want to become a leader.

Interviewer: How do you motivae others?

Candidate: Some people get motivated when we recognize them some people get motivated when we encourage them. 

People get motivated when we are friendly with them.

Candidate: Your job requires a person with communication skills, I have sir, thats why.

Interviewer: If you are not selected, then what is you will do?

Candidate: If I am not selected, I go home, I develop my skills and I attend another interview.

Interviewer: If you get another opportunity more than this, do you go or not?

Candidate: Sir, I am sure, no company will lose skill full person. If I have that much skill, no body will lose me.

Interviewer: No, w will not give that much of salary? Did you work?

Candidate: Atleast I work for 6 months.

Interviewer: What your expected salary?

Candidate: Negoshiable
