Hydration

First of all, we should start the day with water, we should drink at least 2 to 3 liters of water, which will not cause any shortage of water in our body and will not touch any disease, just take that water is not of fridge if you can, drink lukewarm water, if you have to drink cold water, the water of clay pot will be the best.
