This is a topic on which not many people speak on. However, the silence needs to be broken and the truth must be revealed. Parenthood is one of the most difficult things to do. It is not just about raising a child, it is also about maintaining a social status with earning for the family, but this must have come to our mind at least once in our lifetime that can't parents spare time for us? Are we not in want of unconditional love which can be given by none other than our parents? While having these questions in mind, we often forget to realize that with the advancing world, everyone needs to keep pace with progress for which time is the biggest  investment possible. The parent- child relation in today's world is not as healthy as it used to be before. Earlier, what parents wanted was a bright smile, happiness and satisfaction on their child's face whereas now what parents want is a huge sum of profit from the investment that they've made into their child. Their intention however, is not wrong because their primary concern is having their child to keep up with the competitive world. Not many conversations happen between parents and their child. Parents seem to be happy when their child is academically stable not when the child is extraordinary or talented in some other field which has got nothing to do with studies. This disconnect of parents with their children must end at the earliest lest a time should come when humans while creating robots, become robots themselves.

Valid points ... Having and raising a child/children is a lifetime project . Unless one can dedicate themselves it remains a half hearted job where children often become the victims .

Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
