A mother is like a God who sacrifices everything for her kids. My mother died when I was 4 years of age and I understand importance of mother in life than anyone else.

And why not they be. I have seen many such parents getting neglected by their children in old age which is really not good.

Not many, some. There are exceptions .It can't be generalized.
