If you write good informative posts are write something that is helpful to other members, they may give you Karma point. Now you have 0 karma. As you have raised a good question, I am giving you one karma point. Hope this will increase with your activities.

But we need not bother about Karma more. There is one member who is very senior and once topped the members list. Yet he has negative karma. It is better to concentrate on participating in various contests like Group discussion, caption writing and writing articles. Getting points and cash is more important.

Today within 2 hours my karma point goes to -2..... really i don`t know what`s wrong with me......
Satish as stated by Abid above don't pay much attention to Karma as it has got nothing much to do with rather post good posts and surely it will increase!!!!all the best...
