Persons whose names start with A,C,E,G,I,K,M,O,Q,S,U,W,Y, belong to Group A
Persons whose names start with B,D,F,H,J,L,N,P,R,T,V,X,Z belong to Group B

Group A members will add the number of letters in their name to the previous number.
Group B members will substract the number of letters in their name from the previous number.

The team which crosses 500 or comes down to '0' is the winner..

Hope it is clear...

I will start the game with the number 80.
I am from Group A and count of letters in my name is 7 , so I add 7 to 80
80+7=87

(Next person to add/substract the number of letters in his/her name to/from 87).

It is good but I am not agree with starting point..

just think about it

Team A has to add ..their target is 500
Team B has to subtract ..target is 0
&
Starting point is 80
It is very easy for team B to achieve the target.-> 80 to 0.

But think about Team A -> 80 to 500
See the difference..

Middle number should be the starting point i.e. 250.

I hope You are able to understand what I want to tell..

Ok then, we can start again with 250,

So mine from Group A, with letter 7 will be 250+7=257
